This is your opportunity to get out of stagnation and show up fully in your experience of life with clear inner knowing and new tools to create a more connected and sacred way of being.
The Sanctuary online workshop is an invitation into self-enquiry, yoga, meditation and ritual which you can access in your own space online and continue to integrate throughout the whole season.
Enjoy LIVE zoom sessions with Samie where you’ll learn about winter energy and how to adapt your seasonal rhythm, plus explore rituals and present-moment awareness with homework in between each session.
You’ll also get lots of tools to support you in the season of rest, reflection and renewal, a winter yoga practice, yoga nidra, e-book, and journaling guide.

All sessions are recorded and made available to watch if you are unable to join us live.
Winter yoga class and yoga nidra recordings to practice for the entire season.

The schedule:
Monday June 10th: You’ll receive all the workshop details, links and facebook group access ready for the opening on Tuesday.
Tuesday June 11th: 10am live zoom (30 minutes) WINTER WISDOM
Wednesday and Thursday: Practice the recorded yoga class in your own time + complete your homework
Friday June 14th: 10am live zoom (30 minutes) RITUAL & workshop close
Recordings will be available after the live sessions for you if you miss a session.
